We\u2019re blessed to be a blessing.\u00a0 God intends to use you to bless, heal, restore, and liberate a dark and hurting world.\u00a0 We\u2019re here for others: in our families and our community and in the world. Go to the need. Live missionally.\u00a0What does this statement mean to you?\u00a0 To me this means that we are not to stay within the walls of our church, but to go out into the world and make disciples of Christ.\u00a0 We are to love others as Christ loves us. We are to love our family, we are to love those in our congregation, we are to love our neighbors, we are to love those in our community.\u00a0 Our world is hurting in so many ways.\u00a0 The need for this love is so great today.\u00a0 The world has turned to hate and aggression to solve problems.\u00a0 Love is the one thing that truly conquers all.\u00a0 However, the love begins with me\u2026 you\u2026 all Christians!\u00a0 What a better time than to show others love than at the beginning of a new year!\u00a0 We just celebrated the joy of the birth of Christ, now we need to live into the love that he modeled for us in his life. Love is contagious.\u00a0 When you show love, those around you are motivated to show love themselves to others, and so on.\u00a0 Who have you shown love to today?\u00a0 I\u2019m sure you can show more love to others for the rest of today as well!\u00a0 Be intentional about showing love.\u00a0 Who have you supported or helped today?\u00a0 There is still time to help and support others!\u00a0 Be a blessing to those around you, don\u2019t hold back, be bold and go out and begin to liberate others from the hurt and pain of this world.\u00a0 Don\u2019t be so focused on your own tasks. Make a difference in someone\u2019s life today.\u00a0 Don\u2019t fear stepping out, God will be with you.\u00a0 If you cannot get out, then support someone who can!\u00a0 Financially, prayerfully, physically, emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
